How it Works
Consultation
Our consultation team will first ask about your investment goals. We’ll review your priorities, budget, and provide options for FortuneCribs to maximize your investment returns using our one-of-a-kind process.
Acquisition
A member from our acquisitions team works to identify a property that fits our outlined criteria, performs due diligence while under contract, and helps you close on your new investment property. We can also connect you with our preferred lenders who have a variety of loan products according to your specific needs.
Design & Setup
Our design team will strategically design your new investment property according to market data research. We review top performing properties in the subject market to come up with the most optimal design. Our setup includes our technology stack, professional photos, and a customized listing.
Operate & Optimize
Our operations team handles everything from 24/7 guest communications, marketing your property, pricing optimization of your listing, guest check ins & check outs, cleaning & maintenance, and accounting.
Cash Flow
You will be able to track your property’s performance at any time through our owner’s portal, and at the end of each month you will receive an ACH payment and Profit & Loss statement.
